Doel: klantvraag “waar is mijn order?” snel en correct beantwoorden met actuele status uit WMS/webshopplatform.  |  Hoe: status live ophalen, T&T delen of verwachte leverdatum communiceren.
Goal: answer “where is my order?” fast and correctly with live status from WMS/webshopplatform.  |  How: fetch status live, share T&T or communicate expected delivery date.

Dit proces dekt 10 ISO 9001:2015-clausules af. De swimlane zelf levert al het grootste deel van het bewijs dat een auditor wil zien: procesvolgorde (4.4), rollen (5.3) en risico’s (6.1). Van de 7 stappen is de ISO-info bij 4 stappen al aanwezig in de swimlane, bij 3 stappen uit systeem/beleid te halen uit systeem of beleid. De echte to-do zit op procesniveau: documentbeheer (goedkeuring + reviewcyclus) moet je eenmalig met de klant vastleggen — zie de rode cel hieronder.
This process covers 10 ISO 9001:2015 clauses. The swimlane itself already provides most of the evidence an auditor wants: process sequence (4.4), roles (5.3) and risks (6.1). Of the 7 steps, ISO info is already present for 4, and light to gather for 3 from systems or policy. The real to-do is at process level: document control (approval + review cycle) needs a one-off client agreement — see the red cell below.

Documentbeheer (7.5): goedkeurder + goedkeuringsdatum + reviewcyclus eenmalig met klant vastleggen. Dit is de enige echte lege plek.
Document control (7.5): set approver + approval date + review cycle once with the client. This is the only real gap.
Registraties (7.5): ticket, CRM-log, systeemstatus en CSAT worden al door de tools gegenereerd — bewijs is er, alleen benoemen.
Records (7.5): ticket, CRM log, system status and CSAT are already produced by the tools — evidence exists, just name it.
KPI’s (9.1): resolutietijd + CSAT koppelen aan een norm/streefwaarde per proces. Bron: bestaand dashboard.

Let op — geen certificaat: deze laag = "documented information" + procesmap. Certificering vereist óók kwaliteitsbeleid, interne audits en directiebeoordeling. Verkoop als ISO-ready, niet als ISO-gecertificeerd.
